Few Things

My name is Alexandros Oikonomou, "alexoiik", and i am 22 years old, so i still have a lot to learn and discover. I was born in a beautiful and picturesque city in Greece, called Ioannina. The last 3 years i have been living in Thessaloniki, where i study. Spending time there outside with my friends and having some fun is the best feeling. I am quite extroverted, i do not like loneliness and i usually prefer to spend my time going out, at least for a coffee or a walk, or "at worst" to chill at home with a good company!

Hobbies & More

I spend my free time creatively. I go for a run, always outdoors with nature and mountains by my side. I have run in several Track & Field events. I love Basketball. I like wathing NBA, but mostly i like playing Basketball on the courts with my fellas where the competition prevails. Right now i adore programming and i'm generally on the mood to study and learn everything new about technology. Furthermore, i enjoy watching Movies with friends. Specifically i watch Mystery, SCI-FI or Horror Movies. Also, i like capturing places, nature and every simple thing with my camera. I'm sharing a Gallery with some of my favorite pics that i captured. To sum up, i sometimes produce Music or mixing some tracks. Music is a daily friend of mine that makes me relaxed and less anxious. Mostly, i listen to Electronic, House, Rap or Techno Music!

Department

I study in the Department of Informatics & Electronics Engineering, at International Hellenic University (IHU). This specific department, based in Thessaloniki, is remarkable and serves the modern and rapidly evolving trends in the wider scientific areas of informatics and electronics engineering. The Undergraduate Program of Studies (UPS) of the Department with its Courses, is designed to provide knowledge of the full range of ICT Technologies!
